Life of a Yogi

Aloha homies,

Submerging into a wondrous world, exceeding limitations ~ creating space, cultivating love. Creativity flows; surpassing reality. Virtually arriving in realms where intelligence expand ~ evolve. It offers a clarity, to be downloaded, ideally to bring back to ones personal reality & attend to it's wisdom.

I'm sure in mine & many others existences, these moments of enlightenment were accessed between the corners of a cushioned ground space. In ancient times yogis in India used animal fur (tiger or deer) since there were less asanas, accompanied by more meditation & breathing. These days modern yoga as adopted 'sticky' mats to give a powerful foundation for more physical demanding practices like Vinyasa flows.

After the download of this wisdom, it then requires to be practised off the mat & becomes the introduction for the yogi lifestyle. Knowing that life should always remain somewhat a mystery, trying our best to apply worthy lessons in order to assist towards a collective awakening; The improvement of life as such. We are each taking responsibility for our part in the collective. This happens daily, when attention is focused upon the little moments that make up life.

This life honours your mind, body & soul, in every decisions it makes. Well maintaining the temple in which your soul resides, learning to take control of the mind ~ so it may benefit us rather, & cultivating a relationship with spirit. Following principles in order to live a virtuous life. In service of others, we are magnified into expansion. Having our own choosing among the direction of the energy.

Being a yogi means embracing authenticity, understanding that to be full, we must first become whole. Indicating that we must accept all ~ Both 'unpleasant' & those of 'joy'. As each serves a purpose, contributing to the whole. Authenticity requires us to embrace with love. Not hiding any part & understanding that the balance of fulfilment is found in madness of creation.
